Institutions, according to the HigherEducation Institution’s 2547 numbered 3/f clause, are established by law andthey are the units that carry out postgraduate education, scientific researchand appliances in more than one similar and related science field inUniversities and Faculties. Institutions consist of departments. Postgraduateeducation in University and Faculties is arranged by Institutions establishedfor this purpose. Siirt University Healthcare SciencesInstitute is one of the four Institutes established within Siirt Universityaccording to the clause 19 of the Law numbered 2547.

The goal of the Institute; is to performpostgraduate and Doctorate education related to Siirt University HealthcareSciences pursuant to the provisions of “Postgraduate Education and ExamRegulations” and “Postgraduate Education Institutions’ Organization andOperation Regulations” and in direction of Higher Education Institution’s 2547 numbered objectives and principles.
